The Digital Framework sets out how we can, and facilitates how we deliver user value and engage our audiences.
It lets us restore the gift of empathy and time to our advisors and clients, our campaigners, fundraisers and supporters.
To address the challenges and opportunities digital affords Shelter, we’re focusing on four key themes.
