Task 11: Build the share your story form

1. On a new content page you will need to do the usual – title, set slug, put page into test and demos 

2. Add the line of copy into the body copy field 

3. Now add a new Assembly – Form into Assemblies 

4. Add an administrative title, leaving the form header blank  

5. Choose your background colour  

6. Add a thank you message for the form - this means you can leave the redirect after submission field blank  

7. Add your CTA   

8. Search the existing content to find your form fields – you should never add new form fields unless you have checked the library to make sure they do not already exist in the system You will need a mix of optional and required fields – they will say either (required) or (optional) in the title to help you choose the right option 

9. Between your email and tell us about your story fields, you’ll need to add the disclaimer text using a simple rich text block component  

10. Once all fields are added, set the consent statement not to show  

11. Add your notification email address – this is who will be notified when the form is submitted 

12. Add a new Data – Email into the Thank you email field  

13. Leave Campaign ID blank.  

14. Set whether your email should be sent to the CRM  

15. Complete your page in draft mode and preview once it’s complete
